Executive Summery

This program has been carefully designed to help teens that are struggling in school, at home and / or in life in general. By mentor classes, motivation, special events, while working with schools, parents, and the community. This program will help change the teens outlook on life, progressing in hobbies, sports, and so much more. To help them towards a more positive present and future.

Our Services

* The program will meet with both parents and teenager for individual interviews to determine how the program can help and address any issues at hand

* Once the teenager is accepted into the program they will have the option to select a area they would like to work on they are interested in. These can be found below under the services page. 

* The program is 7 weeks long with 3 different tiers. 

 

Tier One: Duration Two weeks: Monday and Wednesday the teen will be in a two hour evening class from 5pm to 7pm. Class sessions consist of motivation speeches from individuals, mentoring sessions, group events, group competitions, and educational classes. Tuesdays from 5pm to 7pm the individual will be working with a staff or mentor on their selected sport or interest. Thursdays are for giving back and to show how good it feels to help others. We spend time from 5pm to 7pm to give back to the community. ( This can include things like dropping off items to homeless shelters, helping the city clean areas, and others things to help the community. Friday from 5pm to 7pm the teen will be having recreational time with the rest of the group and each student will be called in for their weekly review. This is where a staff member will go over things with the teen like good conduct, current grades at school, and things in there life in general to find what other things the program can help them with.

Tier Four:  extended program and graduation. Once successfully completing the program, the teen will receive a certificate of completion and will present his / hers "new road" consisting of their plans for their future. They will be invited to remain with the program to help work with others and for the programs help like applying for scholarships and may be rewarded a scholarship from the non profit.
